Raising awareness
Campaigns
We raise awareness among citizens about product durability thanks to our communication package in French (card game, quiz, posters), our book and our digital campaigns.
Sustainable products
This platform provides a ranking of products according to their durability and gives advices to buy lasting products, maintain them, and give a second lease of life to our belongings.

Complaints
At the end of 2017, we filed the first complaints for planned obsolescence in France, against Epson and Apple. The Apple Group has agreed to pay a €25 million fine as part of a penal transaction for misleading commercial practices. We filed another complaint against Apple in 2022.
Researchs
In order to develop expertise on durability expertise, we work with the NGO Equiterre in Canada, our experts’ Committee and a Club of businesses for durability initiated by our organization.
